When you set up an initial Free In-Home estimate The Blindman sends out a qualified window coverings representative to help you navigate through all of your choices! Through their experience, they are able to offer suggestions and help you decide what window covering will be best in your home or office.
After the order is placed you will work directly with The Blindman office and your specific secretary liason. They will keep you updated on status and installation scheduling. The office is open 9:00 am – 6:00 pm M-Th and 9:00 am – 5:30 pm Friday. And then 10:00 am – 2:00 pm on Saturday. If you have a question outside of these business hours you are always welcome to submit a form on our website and we will get back to you ASAP!
When your product is ready to be installed we will send out our highly trained technicians to make sure that each job goes in according to The Blindman standards. We work with AWS for our hosting. It is extremely nice because we pay for what we use. I can’t speak to it being the cheapest, but it is reliable and great for what we need.
